Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, we are happy to make it right.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once received, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
